Construction:

Multilayered multifilament strings

  • built up of fine filaments which are braided together
  • one mantle of thicker filaments around the core filaments, that are braided in the opposite direction
  • equipped with a special coating


The construction of the string results in better playing abilities, more touch and greater control.

    The Tyger Pro Dzeta XD is one of the best strings I have used. Thanks to Jim for the very helpful information and advise. Soft on the arm and does a great job with regards to power and control. Very similar to Wilson Sensation.

    If you want a string that plays similar to natural gut then this is for you.

    Its stunning! No it is not durable but blended with a nice polyester like accerate you can acheive a nice feel (nothing like gut)

    Always ask a professional stringer to restring with this string as it needs to be pre-stretched!

    I have strung several players racquets with this recently including my own and I can say that if I am competing I will have this in all 3 of my racquets.... if I am training I will blend this with Accelerate!

    Wilson NXT has a rival for a fraction of the price!
