The adidas Barricade 2 tennis racket is the lighter and less stiff version of the adidas Barricade 2 Tour tennis racket. The 16/19 string pattern ensures a forgiving and playable tennis racket for competitive tennis players. With the Barricade 2 tennis racket adidas has introduced iES: Integrated Energy System. iES stands for technology that puts the energy where it is needed the most: at the center of the frame where you hit the tennis ball. The more dense 3K carbon fibers at 3 and 9 o'clock of the tennis racket head add stiffness to the tennis racket frame providing additional power and control. Besides the iES system adidas introduces the adiGrip with extra cushioning, providing increased vibration dampening and softer feel. adidas tennis rackets first entered the tennis market a long time ago.
