adidas introduces a new range of tennis rackets and expands their product line of tennis balls
adidas is a market leader for tennis shoes and tennis apparel. In 2009 they completed their tennis product line by adding tennis rackets and tennis balls.
After a complex technological development process adidas can now reveal their new range of adidas rackets as of Spring 2010. adidas created them in their own research and development center in Europe. Besides the extraordinary design, the highlight is the new iES and EnerMesh technology. The Barrciade tennis rackets benefit from the IES technology and the others adidas tennis rackets from the EnerMesh technology as described below.
Furthermore adidas expands their product line of tennis balls. From now on, adidas provides specific tennis balls for tennis clubs, tennis coaches and tennis players.

adidas Barricade 2 range
The Barricade 2 product line consists of 3 tennis rackets which are specialized to suit different kinds of tennis players. The new integrated Energy System (iES) creates energy in the middle of the tennis racket where it is needed. The iES technology provides tennis players with additional power and control. In order to minimize vibrations and to provide a soft grip, the Barricade 2 tennis rackets are equipped with the new adiGrip technology.

The adidas tennis ball adiStage 2 (orange) has all the elements of a traditional trainers ball with the exception that this ball has a lower interior pressure slowing it down during the bounce and providing the player with more time to prepare the swing. This fact makes this tennis ball the ideal trainers ball for children at the age of around 8 years.
adiStage 1 adidas tennis ball (Green) has all the playing characteristics required to teach children around 10 years old.
