How am I able to return a product?

  • For detailed information about our return process and guaranty conditions please click here.
  • You are allowed to send the products back within 14 days after receiving them. Please be aware that we will only accept returns for goods  when :
  • We have all required documentation requested in return process
  • Goods are in their original package with all labels attached
  • Goods are not damaged and
  • are well packed.

 

 

What do I do, if I received a damaged article?

  • If you receive a damaged article, please inform us about it as soon as possible.
  • We will contact the supplier to figure out if it is a warranty case. After we get an answer from our supplier we will inform you on an ASAP basis. 

 

 

What shall I do if I receive the wrong product?

  • If you receive any wrong product, please inform our client service by e-mail info.uk@TennisPlanet.com, so that we can send the correct replacement as soon as possible.

 

 

What do I have to pay for a return?

  • If you are a consumer you have to pay £8.95 for a return.

 

 

What happens with my credit note?

  • Once a credit note has been raised we will automatically issue a refund for the amount in question as long as there are no other open invoices on your account.
