Prices
Prices to consumers include VAT at the appropriate rate. Carriage will be charged at the calculated rate described at time of order placement.


Defective Goods
If any item that TennisPlanet supply is faulty due to a manufacturing defect we will provide you with a refund , replacement or repair the item. Please ensure that you inform us via e mail (info.uk@tennisplanet.com) of any damage to goods at the time of receiving them to avoid any possible delays in receiving a replacement/refund.


Exchanges
Should you wish to return a non-faulty product for an exchange, the following applies: A refund will be given (minus postage and return costs) upon receipt of the goods. TennisPlanet will, however, refund the postage back to you if TennisPlanet have made an error, e.g. sent out the incorrect size .You must take reasonable care of the goods and we will deem that you have not taken reasonable care of the goods if you have used them to an extent beyond that would be reasonable in checking the goods before purchase. The goods must be returned to us within 10 days, with the original packaging.


Newsletter
When you have finished your order at TennisPlanet, you will receive the TennisPlanet newsletter with special discounts, trends and actions.These special offers will be unique to the newsletter.
However, you can contact webmaster@tennisplanet.com if you don't want to receive the TennisPlanet newsletter.


Returns
You can return ordered goods within 10 days after receipt on condition that you return the goods undamaged, well packed in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Please go to client service and follow the return procedure described . 

• Unacceptable Returns
  If you return an item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply , we may take the decision not to refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of this and any other charges incurred. If you choose to send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that TennisPlanet failed to honour in full its obligations to you and will not constitute any unlawful action against the good. Customized or personised items eg strung rackets on demand ,printed clothes or balls are not acceptable returns.
• Handling Cost
  For very small orders under £40.00, you pay a supplement of £4.99 for handling. You pay no handling costs when your order exceeds £40.00. However, you can easily avoid this handling cost by using the following methods:
• use action code '405' during your online order and you receive a high quality men’s tennis polo from TennisPlanet (ref. SKP405) for only £ 9,99 instead of £ 19,99.
• use action code '455' during your online order and you receive a high quality women’s tennis polo from TennisPlanet (ref. SKP455) for only £ 9,99 instead of £ 19,99.
• go to our Outlet shop and add a low priced tennis item. Click here.


Shipping Costs
All consumers get free shipping for orders over £85 in value placed online. All other client groups with special conditions get free shipping on orders over £125 placed online.
The standard delivery time for in stock orders are 24/72 hours from order placement with shipping cost calculated by weight.

These delivery charges are for mainland UK and do not apply to the Channel Island,Northern Ireland or any of the Scottish Isles.

Cancelling an order
Should you wish to cancel an order , in most cases you have the legal right to do this within 7 working days of receiving the order. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us via e mail at info.uk@tennisplanet.com within 7 working days following the day you received the goods.You must take care of the goods.TennisPlanet will deem that you have not taken reasonable care of the goods if you have used them to an extent beyond what would be reasonable in handling the goods in a retailer before purchase. If you cancel an order we will require that you return the goods to us in appropriate time, with the original packaging and at your own expense, to the required address.
