Returns

 

How am I able to return a product?

  • For detailed information about our return process and guaranty conditions please click here.
  • You are allowed to send the products back within 14 days after receiving them.We will refund the cost of the item minus carriage costs paid at placement of order. Please be aware that we will only accept returns for goods  when :
  • We have all required documentation requested in return process
  • Goods are in their original package with all labels attached
  • Goods are not damaged and
  • are well packed.

 

 

What do I do, if I received a damaged article?

  • If you receive a damaged article, please inform us about it as soon as possible.
  • We will contact the supplier to figure out if it is a warranty case. After we get an answer from our supplier we will inform you on an ASAP basis. 

 

 

What shall I do if I receive the wrong product?

  • If you receive any wrong product, please inform our client service by e-mail info.uk@TennisPlanet.com, so that we can send the correct replacement as soon as possible.

 

 

What do I have to pay for a return?

  • If you are a consumer you have to pay £8.95 for a return via UPS or you can return the goods to us at your own cost via a carrier or the postal system . If you return a parcel at your own cost and it is lost in the post TennisPlanet UK will not accept resposibility for the parcel being lost .

 

What happens with my credit note?

  • Once a credit note has been raised we will automatically issue a refund for the amount in question as long as there are no other open invoices on your account. Credit notes will be issued no later than 21 days from the goods being cancelled or received back as a return at our prtemises.
