How to use gift certificate at TennisPlanet.co.uk?
Before you can add/use a gift certificate, you have to follow these easy steps:
- If you haven’t added any products, add one of the products from the left hand menu tree
- If you are not already logged in, then login as an existing client
- Scroll down and fill in the gift certificate number in the text field Gift Certificate
- Click ‘Validate gift certificate’ and your gift certificate is added to your cart
Remarks
- This certificate cannot be validated in combination with other actions, cannot be used over the phone, fax or per mail and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Most gift vouchers are allocated a minimum order amount. To use a gift voucher with a minimum order amount, your value in your shopping cart must be higher than the minimum order amount.
- Example: If you want to use a £10.00 gift voucher with a minimum order amount of £50.00, you have to buy products of a value of at least £50.00.
- If you use several gift vouchers, the minimum order amount of the codes are added up.
- Example: If you use two £10.00 gift vouchers with a mimimum order amount of £50.00, you must buy products for at least £100.00.
- The mimimum order amount is stated on all gift vouchers which are given away for free by TennisPlanet. If you buy a gift voucher for someone else at TennisPlanet, there will not be a mimimum order amount on the gift voucher.
How to use a promo code/action code at TennisPlanet.co.uk?
Before you can add/use a promo code/ action code, you have to follow these easy steps:
- If you haven’t added any products, add one of the products from the left hand menu tree
- If you are not already logged in, then login as an existing client
- Scroll down and fill in the promo code in the text field Promo code
- Click on 'Add promotion' and your code/price discount is added
Remarks
- Most of the promo codes/ action codes are combined with a minimum order amount. To use them, your value in your shopping cart must be higher than the minimum order amount.
- Example: If you want to use an action code with a minimum order amount of £50.00, you have to buy products of a value of at least £50.00.
- If you use several promo codes/ action codes, the minimum order amount of the codes are summed up
- Example: To use a promo code/ action code with a minimum order amount of £50.00 where you get free sunglasses and a promo code/ action code with a minimum order amount of £50.00 where you get free tennis balls, you have to buy products of a value of at least £100.00.
How to use the Network Code?
To use a Network Code to trigger your discounts is easy to do.
- 1. Add items to your Shopping Cart.
- 2. You will then go to Address Data page.
Simply enter your network code in the Netwok Box highlighted below.
- 3. This will then trigger your discounts automatically which you will be able to see on your order confirmation before you finalize payment.
