Delivery

 

Delivery time:

  • We have over 3.000 different tennis products in our assortment. We keep most of them in stock, so that our transport agency can deliver the products whithin 24-72 hrs if you order weekdays before 12pm.
  • It is important that you chose a delivery address where someone can receive the package between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Unfortunately we cannot tell you exactly at what time our transport agency will arrive for you. This depends on the delivery address and the route planning of our shipping agent.
  • You can see which products are in stock and which ones we have to order for you through the website. If we have to order a product we will show you when this product will be sent to you.
  • If you order several products, we always try to send them to you all at once. This means that the product with the latest delivery date determines the delivery date.
  • If you order a racket with our stringing service, it takes us one day to string your racket, so please add one or maximum two days to our usual delivery time.

 

Example:

  • Below you see an example of an delivery sheet overview, In this example we would be able to send you the product with the sizes S, M, XL and XXL within 24 hours to you.
  • If you chose size L, we would send you the product within 15 days.
  • If you chose size L  and M, we would also send you the product within 15 days.

Delivery delay

  • As soon as your products leave our warehouse you get a confirmation e-mail from TennisPlanet U.K. It says that we have just sent the products to your delivery address.
  • In the e-mail you will also find a tracking number. With this number you are able to see where your products are.
  • Please click here to get to the website of our transport agency. There you just have to enter your tracking number and you will automatically see where  your products are at this moment.
  • In general you will receive your order within 24 to 72 hours after the products left our warehouse. If your products do not arrive with you after four days, please contact our client service. So we can help you as quickly as possible, please be prepared to tell us your client number in your e-mail or by phone.

 

 

 

Delivery costs

  • All online orders for consumers with a higher value of £85.00 will be delivered for free. (For all other client groups this value is £125.00)
  • The delivery costs for orders by phone, fax, e-mail, post or online order with a value of £ 85.00 (or £125 for other client groups) are shown below.
  1. < 5kg       =  £5.95
  2. 5-10 kg   =  £8.95
  3. 10-20 kg   =  £12.95
  4. 20-40 kg   =  £16.95
  5. > 40   kg  =  £23.95

 


Delivery address

  • The delivery address is the address to where the ordered products are sent.
  • It is important that you chose a delivery address where someone can receive the package between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Unfortunately we cannot tell you exactly at what time our transport agency will arrive at with you. This depends on the delivery address and the route planning of our shipping agent.
  • If our transport agency do not find anybody at the delivery address, the products cannot be delivered. There will be a note in your letter box that they were there and that they will try and re-deliver again.
  • If you know that you will not be at home when your products will arrive, you can also leave a note at your door with the information where the shipping agent can deliver to. Through our experience we recommend a delivery address of
  • your workplace.
  • a family member or good neighbour who lives close by.
